Work week..WTF?

So for those of us in this job field we know that there is nothing that is really considered a "work week". We work 24/7. REALLY. This past weekend we had a mandatory hall council training (which I was part of setting up, why again I can't remember) Friday night and all day Saturday. So pretty much my weekend consisted of Sunday, well up to 8pm when I had hall council meetings until 10pm. So when people higher up say that we need to meet during the normal work week hours (aka 8am-5pm) I want to punch them in the face.

These are the times I hate this job. And it's hard as a single person because I don't have the physical people reminders around to remind the students (my RAs included) that I don't want to meet at 8pm all the time. They think that they work at night, so I should to.
